CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. In order to respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service• That 50% can be applied toward a future appointment if rebooked within 14 days• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total• Clients who no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments I completely understand that life happens.
